Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery charges apply to internet orders and are determined at checkout. Deliveries are sent Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon PST on Friday may ship the next business day.

Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your Luma order. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must include original vendor packaging and tags.
Returning Gifts
If you return a gift, a Luma Gift Card will be issued for the returned merchandise amount.
Returning Merchandise by Mail
Use the return label on your packing slip and include the return information requested. Please allow 10–14 days for Luma to process your return.
